A full renovation of an elegant Victorian family home in close proximity to London Fields for our clients with a very discerning eye who were living abroad throughout the works. The house had been broken up into apartments previously and the building was very much in need of renovation. A neutral colour palette was used with accents of predominantly soft blues and pinks and a mix of antiques, contemporary and bespoke furniture & fixtures were used throughout. Our clients were also able to get approval for a new basement floor where we designed a new utility room, guest cloakroom and a media room. However as there was no natural daylight here we embraced a darker, bolder colour palette to add interest and become a space you are more than happy to spend time in.
